Rewards are automatically claimed and distributed to each payout group’s destination address according to its claim schedule.

What’s supported

  • Daily, weekly, or monthly automated claims for all reward addresses in a payout group.
  • Custom days and times for each payout group’s claim schedule.
  • Claim schedule management through the Dashboard or the Claims API.
  • Programmatic claim history via the Claims API.

Configure a claim schedule

  1. Go to the Rewards Engine tab in the Paxos Dashboard.
  2. Open Payout Groups.
  3. Create a payout group or click Edit next to an existing payout group.
  4. Under Auto Claims On, choose a claim frequency:
    • Daily: Select a time.
    • Weekly: Select one or more days of the week and a time.
    • Monthly: Select one or more days of the month and a time. If a month has fewer days than the date you select, the claim runs on the last day of the month.
  5. Click Save.
All claim schedule times use UTC. You can also create, update, or delete claim schedules through the API.

Roadmap

Manual claims, where partners trigger payouts on demand, are not currently supported. If you have a strong use case for manual claims, contact your account manager so it can be factored into the roadmap.
